What to bring

Gumshield - essential
Rugby boots and trainers (for indoor use)
Waterproofs and warm clothing (in case of poor weather)
Packed lunch - must include lots of water
Necessary medication. To be given to Welfare Officer/ designated person responsible for First Aid upon arrival.
