Sport Academies - JAM Active Limited

Please note that in exceptional circumstances due to club commitments or illness/ injury the international star may not be able to appear. In such cases, we will endeavor to arrange for a replacement of similar status to appear in his place.

Sport involves an inherent risk of injury. Your child's participation in a JAM Academy may result in physical injury. Although JAM will take reasonable steps to avoid serious injuries being suffered by participants, the participants voluntarily assume the risk of injury. By agreeing for your child to participate on the Academy, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child/children registered and have custody and control of him/her/them and you confirm that:

1) you have read and accept the Booking Conditions.

2) you irrevocably consent to: a) your child's participation at the JAM Academy; b) your child being photographed/filmed whilst at the JAM Academy, and that such photographs or films can be used in future promotional material produced by JAM; c) any data relating to your child collected by JAM in connection with the Academy being used for the purposes of the JAM Academies and their promotion by JAM.

3) you consent to a trained first aid person caring for your child in the case of an accident.

4) your details, and those of your children, being used for future data driven marketing by JAM.

5) you accept that there is an inherent risk of injury involved in the sport.

Discounts

No more than one discount may be applied to any one Academy.

Discounts are not redeemable for cash

Discounts apply only to the named person(s) or group.

Discounts apply as follows:

- 5% Siblings discount

- 10% Group of 5 or more

- 12% Group of 10 or more

Refund Policy

You will be entitled to a five day 'cooling-off period' from the date you make your booking, during which you will be entitled to a full refund. For any cancellations made after this time period you will have the option to:

1. a 50% refund of the course fee.

2. Move to a similar course (subject to price alteration. No refund will be made on a cheaper course).

Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded, unless due to injury. In this case we will offer a full refund minus £15 handling fee, subject to a doctor's note being provided.

Dinners and Events - JAM Entertainment Limited

Payment will only be accepted by cheque, credit/debit card (not AMEX) of which you will incur a charge of £1.50 or payment directly into the JAM Entertainment Ltd bank account. If payment is not received with signed Event Booking Form or Electronic Booking, an invoice will be issued for payment.

The payment terms below must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the tickets resold at the sole discretion of JAM Entertainment Ltd.

JAM Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event unless full payment has been received.

Booking made (days prior to the Event) Full Payment to be made:

1. 21+ - Within 14 days of invoice date
2. 20-15 - Within 7days of invoice date
3. 14-8 - By return from the date of the invoice
4. 7-0 - Immediately with authorised credit card details taken as security for payment

Cancellations

All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed to JAM Entertainment in writing and are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Period of notice given before Event:

1. Between 45 & 21 days before event = 50% cancellation fee
2. Less than 21 days before event = 100% cancellation fee

In the event that the Client cancelsa booking or reduces the number of place required, cancellation fees will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled as set out above. If the Client cancels after it has paid for its places, the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment.
